How to Treat Dry Elbows and Knees

If you suffer from dry skin around the elbows and knees (not cracked or sore), this simple treatment will help.

Make a thick paste of baking powder and lemon juice and rub it gently into the affected area to exfoliate the skin. Leave the mixture on the skin for 15 minutes, then wash it off well and apply a moisturiser or a dab of petroleum jelly (Vaseline).
